Through our Realtor Partner Program, we provide a variety of tools you can use to help your clients discover our homes and, if they decide to contract with us our expert Housing Consultants will guide them through the process and give you a 3% commission that increases* with each client who builds with us.

*3% commission received with the first contract with an additional .25% commission for each subsequent contract up to a maximum commission of 4%. Commission awarded at final closing.
